Prime Water Pallets serves Houston and nearby communities shown on the service-area page. An address should be confirmed before an order is finalized. Availability outside the listed area should not be assumed.
Scheduling
Provide the requested date, acceptable delivery window, receiving hours, on-site contact, and any site restrictions. Timing depends on product availability, route capacity, address, and access conditions. Communicate deadlines before confirmation.
Site and access information
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate information about gates, docks, forklifts, loading zones, stairs, elevators, surface conditions, vehicle restrictions, construction activity, security procedures, and the intended pallet location. The delivery path and drop point must be safe, legal, firm, level, and reasonably accessible for the confirmed delivery method.
Receiving the pallet
A responsible contact should be reachable during the confirmed window and authorized to direct the delivery. If the location cannot be accessed, the contact is unavailable, or conditions differ materially from the confirmed plan, delivery may need to be delayed, relocated, or rescheduled.
Placement and movement after delivery
Placement is limited to the safe and accessible location agreed during confirmation. Interior movement, stairs, elevators, unpacking, case-by-case distribution, disposal, and pallet removal are not included unless specifically confirmed.
Inspection
The receiving contact should inspect the visible condition and quantity at delivery when reasonably possible. Photograph and report visible shortages or damage promptly, keeping the product and packaging available for review.
Weather and safety
Severe weather, flooding, road closures, unsafe surfaces, restricted access, or other conditions may affect timing. Safety takes priority. Store bottled beverages in a suitable covered location away from direct sunlight, chemicals, and unstable conditions.
